I am forever curious, I love to travel, I aim to inspire and create excitement. I love learning about people through art.
For the past few years I have been part of an incredible innovation team at Netflix - Creative labs. Everyday, every month, every year is an adventure in risk-taking, pushing boundaries, growing and pivoting. I love the opportunities I have gotten, the people I work with and the experience I have received.
Before joining a global team of extraordinary creatives, strategists and innovation-thrill-seekers, I was in VFX for a very long time and I spent a minute working in an advertising agency. My career trajectory started as a designer / animator / compositor and then evolved to VFX supervisor, senior art director and now creative director leading experimental promotional experiences on product and beyond. I also just spent a year in Singapore, building relationships across the business, running creative workshops and creating innovation initiatives.
All that being said, I seriously considered introducing myself by doing an animation based on a British rhyme I learned in primary school which involves “squashing” Margaret Thatcher. Then I realized I would probably be the only one who found it funny.
Instead, here’s my “minimal” site for a teeny glimpse into my weirdness.
In case you think I’m crazy - here’s a link to Maggie’s rhyme (not that I have anything personally against the Iron Lady)
